Her IFRS 9 answers were the strongest of the four candidates on this role and she talked through the impairment model she rebuilt at her current firm without reaching for the slides. Weaker on SQL than the brief asks for, but she writes her own queries for monthly reporting and was straight with us about where her limits are.
