Privacy notice

Who we are

Samcruit Talent Partners ("Samcruit", "we", "us") is a recruitment agency. When you browse open roles or submit an application through this site, Samcruit is the data controller for the personal details you give us.

What we collect

When you apply for a role we collect your full name, email address, and the résumé or CV and cover note you attach. Phone number and cover note are optional, so we only hold them if you choose to add them. If you tick "Create my free tracker account" we also record that you asked for one — no account exists yet at that point.

How we use it

• To assess your application against the role you applied for.
• To introduce you to the hiring client named on that role, if a consultant shortlists you.
• Only if you ticked the tracker-account checkbox: to send you an email invitation to finish setting one up. No account is created from the tick alone.

Applying never depends on that checkbox — leaving it unticked has no effect on how your application is handled.

How long we keep it

We keep application records for 24 months after your most recent application, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. We may keep a short record that you applied, without the attached CV, for longer where we need it to show a fair process was followed.

Who we share it with

We share your application with the hiring client named on the role, but only if a consultant shortlists you. This careers site and the application form are run on our behalf by Talentloop, our careers-platform provider, who processes some of this data as our processor. If you start the tracker-account invite flow, Talentloop also acts as controller for the account itself — see Talentloop's own privacy policy (opens in a new tab) for how they handle that.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time — applying again afterwards is always fine. Email privacy@samcruit.example and a consultant will action it.

Changes to this notice

We version this notice so we always know which wording you saw. The version shown above is stored against every application submitted while it was in effect.
