These terms cover anyone browsing open roles or submitting an application through this careers site, run by Samcruit Talent Partners.
Using the site
Use the listings and application form as intended: don't scrape or republish role listings in bulk, and don't submit false information in an application. We can close a role or remove a listing at any time, usually because the client has filled the seat.
Applying for a role
Applying is always free for candidates — Samcruit never charges a job seeker to apply, be considered, or be introduced to a client. No account is needed to apply: a Samcruit consultant reviews every application that comes in.
The optional tracker account
Ticking "Create my free tracker account" on the apply form starts an email invitation to set one up — it does not create an account by itself. Leaving it unticked never affects how your application is handled.
Content and ownership
Role listings, client names, and the site itself belong to Samcruit Talent Partners and the clients it represents. Don't copy or reuse a listing's content without asking us first.
No guarantee of outcome
Submitting an application doesn't guarantee a reply, an interview, or an offer. A consultant reviews every application, but roles can close before every candidate has been contacted.
Liability
We keep listings as accurate as we can, but details like salary and closing dates come from the client and can change. The site is provided as it stands, without further guarantees beyond those these terms set out.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
